The emphasis on this website seems to actually be what they consider to be the "right way" of doing things, implying what most beginners are doing is actually erroneous, and should be ultimately discontinued if they're trying to get the best out of their shots. This is a pretty bold claim, but it's something that the creator supplements with the following argument.

This website, aimed at the novice, is something that seems to be only gaining steam.
The team of creators are hoping - as the site grows - to expand their operation and actually have camera-specific tutorials and tips for those who are looking to really get the most out of their cameras. As of yet, this implementation hasn't been put into play, but the creators do say that some of the first tutorials will be rolling out in a few weeks.
