A report release from Modular Homes Network showed almost an 25% increase in people inquiring into their options for building a new home in Texas coming into March. The report showed that searches were strongest in the Houston with Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas markets showing strong interest.
In general, the amount of interest has been down significantly since the surge of the mid-2000 building boom, but the trend in growth for Modular Construction and the advantages of off-site construction is again peaking consumerÂ’s interest.
