(EMAILWIRE.COM, March 02, 2013 ) PHOENIX, Ariz. - On Friday morning, a fatal three-car accident occurred on Interstate 10 near 43rd Avenue. The accident took place around 3 a.m. and left one person dead. This is the third accident in three days that has caused the highway to be closed. Due to the high number of collisions that occur on I-10, Phillips Law Group wants drivers to be cautious while driving on the freeway.
I-10 was closed for approximately three hours while the accident was being cleared up.
The crashes that occurred earlier in the week involved semi-trucks and took place near the median on the highway, which caused them to spill over into traffic that was traveling in the opposite direction.
At this time, law enforcement has not released the identity of the victim. The two other people that were involved in the crash were uninjured.
