Positive Effect of Testosterone Shown in Recent Study reports Sytropin Bonus

(EMAILWIRE.COM, January 09, 2013 ) San Francisco, CA -- While testosterone has long been known for its association to aggression, a new study is claiming that the male hormone also drives social behavior, along with honest interactions.

Researchers from the University of Bonn gave 46 individuals testosterone gel and 45 more individuals a placebo. The next day, all 91 individuals were invited to to literally roll the dice and report the numbers landed on. The individuals were then given money based upon the results, with higher rolls netting more cash.

After paying the participants, the researchers found that the men who received the gel reported their numbers rolled more honestly than those without, according to Men's Health report.

High levels of testosterone increase your general sense of pride as well as boost self image. According to researchers, cheating puts both in jeopardy, and thus those with testosterone boosts are more apt to honesty.

Along with the honesty, researchers found that the hormone generally helps with other items of interest. Wayne State University researchers compared two groups of men competing to win the attention of women, and found that the men with lower testosterone stood little chance of winning out in the issue.

Men with the highest testosterone levels were more assertive, controlled conversation more steadily, and interacted better with the women in general.

Testosterone seems to also keep one healthy, as low levels of the hormone have bee lined to type 2 diabetes and obesity. Some studies have pointed to men with lower levels having a greater chance of suffering heart disease on the average.

In a separate study, researchers compared levels in 98 men in their willingness to take financial risks in computer simulation. The results expressed that men with more testosterone were more willing to invest their own money.

So the overall showing of testosterone's positive effects seem to be growing more emphatically than ever before.
